We want you to love your SlapshotSuits NHL onesie. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us at support@slapshotsuits.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email support@slapshotsuits.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return.
